College ad to protest Bush visit

By Julia Duin
THE WASHINGTON TIMES

One-third of the professors at an evangelical Christian college in Grand Rapids, Mich., are taking out a large ad in a local newspaper Saturday to protest President Bush's commencement speech.

"As Christians, we are called to be peacemakers and to initiate war only as a last resort," the ad will say. "We believe your administration has launched an unjust and unjustified war in Iraq."

OK. We know there are WMDs in North Korea...

Does this make you warm and fuzzy inside? Well it should really be scaring the hell out of you. This photo of North Korean children playing a shooting game was released by the Korean Central News Agency.

Been reading anything about North Korea?? They hate us about as much as the Taliban. And like the Taliban, children from a very young age are brainwashed to believe all Americans are well, evil.

Our government knew very well that North Korea was nuclear capable. Ever since George Bush nominated them into the "Axis of Evil" club, North Korea has been on the fasttrack to build "the bomb." Why didn't we invade North Korea? No oil, maybe?

Bogus Terror Alerts!

Is it any surprise that Tom Ridge came out last week to admit that the Bush administration overused the terror alerts? Is it also any surprise that we haven't had a terror alert since the presidential election? Hardly. Read the whole story at http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2005-05-10-ridge-alerts_x.htm

Ah, more Saudi attacks on the United States.

Do citizens of the United States still not understand that if there was any country in the Middle East that IS a real threat to America, it is Saudi Arabia. With 15 of the 19 9/11 terrorists being Saudis, and over 60% of the foreign insurgency in Iraq participating in suicide bombings and other malicious acts against American soldiers (and Iraqi civilians) also from Saudi Arabia, how can we call a country that continues to produce enemies of the United States our ally?
